Product and operations case studies
These working systems are shown through interface screenshots, workflow details, and fictional data. The goal is not to build a long project gallery, but to show product depth, operational decisions, and how each system addresses a specific bottleneck.
Source code and business rules remain private.
Demo screenshots replace sensitive information.
No real customer data is shown.
PROGN
A CRM built for clinics to manage every lead from the first message through the team's follow-up, with AI-powered intake, a sales pipeline, scheduling, and tasks.
Challenge
The challenge was turning contacts from several channels into a clear queue that showed who needed a response, without losing conversation history.
Solution
I built a workspace that connects conversations, lead records, the sales pipeline, scheduling, and tasks. AI organizes the initial intake and prepares the conversation for a smooth team handoff.
What sets it apart
AI handles initial qualification and hands the conversation to the team with context.
Pipeline stages, tasks, and scheduling stay tied to the same lead.
Roles and permissions control what each team member can access.
The dashboard shows source, stage, and open follow-ups for every contact.

PrognDOCS
A system for sending PDFs through secure links, collecting signatures, and tracking deadlines, evidence, and signature receipts without parallel spreadsheets.
Challenge
The challenge was making delivery, signatures, and open items visible without exposing documents or relying on manual checks.
Solution
I built a workflow that connects each PDF to its access link, signature, and related records. The dashboard shows what happened and what still needs attention.
What sets it apart
Each PDF is opened through a secure link.
Signatures and evidence stay attached to the document.
Status, signature receipts, and open items are visible in the dashboard.

Gloss Link
A platform for beauty professionals to showcase services, accept bookings, and manage their team, Pix deposits, and subscriptions.
Challenge
The challenge was moving the business beyond Instagram and WhatsApp without scattering scheduling, payments, and team management across separate tools.
Solution
I built a public profile connected to the scheduling flow and admin dashboard, so professionals can showcase their work and manage appointments in the same product.
What sets it apart
A public page for the professional's profile and services.
Scheduling, team members, and access are managed from the dashboard.
Booking deposits through Pix are linked to each appointment.
