Digital products and custom software

I build digital products and custom software for a wide range of industries, from SaaS platforms and CRMs to dashboards, automation, and integrations.

Two products I've built

PROGN helps clinics manage leads. PrognDOCS keeps documents, signatures, and deadlines organized.

Custom projects

I can start with an idea, an existing workflow, or a system that needs to evolve.

Direct collaboration

You explain the context directly to the person designing and building the solution.

Private data stays private

Case studies use fictional data so no real customer or business information is exposed.

Products I've built

Two products for two very different workflows

PROGN helps clinics manage leads and conversations. PrognDOCS keeps documents, signatures, and deadlines in one place.

Brings leads from WhatsApp, landing pages, and forms into one place, so the team can track every conversation and know what comes next.

Custom software

When your workflow needs its own solution

It might be an internal tool, the first version of a SaaS product, or an integration between the tools you already use. I start with the goal and build around it.

Behind the work

What I built and why

Each case study covers the problem behind the project, the interfaces I designed, and how the product works in practice. The examples use fictional data to protect private information.

Landing pages

Pages that make the next step obvious

I also build landing pages that explain the offer clearly and guide visitors to WhatsApp, a form, or directly into the CRM.

How I work

From a real problem to a working first release

I start by understanding how the work gets done and where time is being lost. Then I map the rules, define the first release, and build a version you can put to work and validate.

01

Understand the workflow

You walk me through how the work gets done today and where time, information, or opportunities tend to get lost.

02

Define the first release

I organize the requirements and propose the smallest release that solves a meaningful business problem.

03

Build and connect

I build the interface, data model, and integrations the product needs to become part of the actual workflow.

04

Test day-to-day scenarios

Before launch, we test the main flows, access levels, and edge cases that come up in everyday work.

05

Launch and iterate

After launch, we agree on support and the next improvements based on the project scope.

Technology

Technology choices that work in the real world

I do not start with a technology checklist. I start with the people using the product, the data it needs to handle, and the systems it needs to connect to.

Responsive web interfaces

Responsive interfaces that work well on desktop and mobile without hiding important information.

About

I'm Kauan. You work directly with me

I can start with an early idea, a process that needs work, or a product that has outgrown its current setup.

I'm a full-stack developer. I build both new digital products and software designed around a specific business need.

I pay attention to the friction that shows up every day: leads that never get a reply, duplicate data entry, hard-to-find documents, and reports built by hand. Those are the problems I turn into clear product flows.

I handle the interface, business rules, data, and integrations to deliver a tool that makes sense to the people using it and does not rely on someone remembering every step.

FAQ

A few things you may want to know

Quick answers about my products, custom projects, and what to expect from the first conversation.

Do you have existing products, or do you build custom software?

Both. PROGN and PrognDOCS are products I have already built. If neither one fits the problem, I can build a custom solution.

Can PROGN be adapted to my clinic?

Yes. Tell me how your clinic receives and manages leads, and I will assess what PROGN already covers and what would need to be customized.

Can PrognDOCS handle any type of document?

It works with PDFs, secure links, handwritten signatures, evidence records, and signature receipts. Show me the document and the workflow it follows, and I can tell you whether the product is a good fit.

Can I see the products in action?

Yes. I can walk you through the screens and key flows using fictional data. Product access and source code stay private because the systems handle information and business rules that should not be exposed.

Do you also build landing pages?

Yes. I build pages that present the offer clearly and direct each inquiry to WhatsApp, a form, or straight into the CRM.

How does project pricing work?

I first need to understand the problem, who will use the product, and what belongs in the first release. Once that scope is clear, I can recommend an approach and prepare an estimate.

How do I start a conversation on WhatsApp?

A simple message is enough. Tell me how the work is handled today, what takes the most time, and what you would like to track more clearly. You do not need a finished brief.

Have a different situation? Send me a WhatsApp message and tell me what you need to solve.

Tell me what you want to build

It might be a new product, an internal tool, an integration, or simply something that takes too much time today. Send me a message on WhatsApp and tell me what is going on.
